I have signed up with Google Play, but could not enter my account!

First, to define an error, you should check if you entered with right account. If you can’t prompt your desired account with the email address you’re using now, that means it's probably not the right one.
To access your account correctly, please follow these steps;
Make sure you have added the right Google Play account to your device
In the in-game settings, tap on ‘Google Play Sign-in’ and connect with the e-mail address originally used to sync your account (the one you have lost)
If your account was linked to an old email that you no longer have access to, contact Google Support to recover your account’s information.
Genetic Studios cannot reach your personal informations. So in this situation, to find your lost account, we must work with Google at the same time to find information about your account recovery.
